Tiffani Warren, EOF Director

Welcome to the EOF Program at The College of New Jersey, as we begin our 49th year of providing educational student support services to NJ high school graduates. We are New Jersey’s most successful EOF Program, among the eight (8) state schools offering effective support services and programming, placing the emphasis on the student.  TCNJ EOF enjoys an excellent reputation for quality programs, a caring attitude toward students, and a deep commitment to the students and families we serve.

New Jersey high school students are increasingly taking advantage of all that TCNJ and EOF has to offer. You should look forward to being a part of a program that puts student success first in a family oriented environment. We will prepare you to enter TCNJ college-ready, provide opportunities for your personal growth, and make the much needed academic and professional development strides to obtain college completion and become TCNJ EOF Alumni.

We continue to expand program offerings and create new educational opportunities that are aligned with the needs of the students and families of New Jersey. This fall, we are dedicating our efforts toward recruiting the most-dynamic and academically-promising student population yet, and we continue to work on enhancing our program and student outcomes. Our current plans include increasing persistence, retention, and graduation rates as well as fulfilling a commitment to meeting our students, where they are and providing individualized advisement to support on-track graduation in four (4) years.  Our four-year student graduation goals are supported by our advising model called “On Track”, which focuses holistically on the academic, financial, personal/social, and professional components of student success.

The EOF Staff and Summer Faculty take pride in caring for each student as an individual.  Please never hesitate to ask one of us personally for assistance. We are happy to help.

If you are thinking about attending college, I encourage you to review the EOF website carefully for information about how to apply, review our programming highlights, support services, policies, parent partnerships, student and alumni accomplishments, and program calendar. Visit the EOF website at http://eof.tcnj.edu/.

If you want to learn more about EOF, contact me directly at EOFP@tcnj.edu.  Thank you for your interest in The College of New Jersey and EOF.

With very warm regards,

Mrs. Tiffani Warren
