Students should first review the OSHE website to see if they are financially eligible and if eligible, students should begin to obtain the 2021 and 2022 IRS Tax Return Transcript (NOT the IRS Tax Return). There will be additional directions to follow and documents to submit in order to determine whether or not a student is eligible. Please note, in order to qualify you MUST have 3 semesters or more left to complete before graduation.
