In response to Presidents Foster’s proclamation, the EOF department will be holding meetings remotely. During this time, EOF WILL NOT BE TAKING walk in meetings with students, meaning all students are expected to schedule a remote meeting with their Assistant Director. This can be done by using our Appointments link and selecting the staff member you would like to meet with. In the notes section please list your meeting preference (phone, email, or video chat). Your advisor will create a calendar event and send you an invite. If you selected to video chat, they will also include a “Google Meet” link.
ALL EOF advisors will be available remotely for appointments between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
When it’s time for your meeting, you can access the virtual conference by going to Google Calendar and clicking the link in the appointment, or by going to meet.google.com and clicking on the appointment there.
If it’s time for you to meet with your advisor and you’re having trouble accessing the video conference, send them an email to let them know and they can help you.
